Branch Locations: Ranchi, Kolkata, ChandigarhJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, HR, and administration. While technical expertise is not mandatory, a willingness to understand our business is essential. Candidates from outsourcing or service provider companies in an operations role will be preferred.Role Scope:The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of branch operations, HR coordination, talent management, and branch growth. This role focuses on people management, operational efficiency, and process adherence to ensure the branch’s success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless administrative and operational activities.Act as the primary HR coordinator, handling talent acquisition, employee retention, and development strategies.Drive employee engagement and cultivate a positive work environment.Monitor and achieve KPIs related to branch performance, including staff retention, timesheet growth, and business expansion.Collaborate with Managers, OTCs, and Learning & Development (L&D) teams for process training and onboarding of new hires.Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.Serve as a liaison between branch operations and corporate leadership for HR and operational matters.Design and implement structured training programs to enhance domain knowledge and skill development.Drive Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to continuously upskill branch staff.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.Ensure proper support is provided to timesheet holders by Managers and SMEs.Qualifications & Experience:5-7 Years of experienceProven experience in operations, HR, and administration, preferably in an outsourcing or service provider company.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive performance, improve processes, and manage compliance requirements.Strategic thinker with a focus on efficiency and branch growth.If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for people management and operational excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
