Role: Solution & Delivery ManagerLocation: MumbaiAbout the Role: Responsible to coordinate & function closely with internal team members, Clients for smooth functioning of the Products & Solutions.What you'll be Responsible for?•Analyze business problems, solution requirement gathering and gap analysis•Gather requirement from stakeholders and translate it to development team•Manage large solution milestone setting, task management, client interview coordination and execution of plan within required time with customers and team•Assist in solution design via conversations over multiple channels like Web bots, WhatsApp Bots, using Agentic AI and other workflow automation•Introduces and markets new solutions across different customers in same vertical to drive adoption with presales and CSMs.•Assist in product marketing and collaterals along with training to internal stake holders.•Monitor project status while in development, provide required assistance to developers and report to relevant stake holders on the status of the project•Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact•Responsible for acceptance of development and deployment deliverables that meets customer requirements•Requirement analysis & definition, business & systems analysis, solution design•Develop design proposals, oversee production, optimize efforts, & change ManagementWhat You'd have?•B.E./B. Tech/Postgraduate qualified•10-12years (Preferably with Enterprises and service delivery for them)•Experience in Project management, Product management/Implementation, Integrations for projects and solutions)•Experience in managing a team of 8-10 people and cross functional collaboration for Optimized CX•Knowledge of solution architecture and technical design•Experience in working with cross functional teams in a matrix organization structure•Experience in customer management and team management•Strong creativity for solution design with excellent communication skills
