It has aggressive growth plan in coming years.Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and build strong relationships in the Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, and Modular Office Furniture industry. The role requires extensive engagement with Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to generate inquiries and convert leads into business.The BDM will be supported by an in-house team of designers and project managers to ensure smooth sales and project execution. The key focus areas will be lead generation, inquiry conversion, and building long-term business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to drive business.Generate high-quality leads and inquiries to expand market reach.Collaborate with the design and project teams to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.Drive sales and revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.Track market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.Requirements:12-15 years of experience in Business Development in Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Modular Office Furniture, or Interior Products.Strong industry connections with Architects and Interior Designers.Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and relationship management.Graduate (Preferably in Engineering) + MBA.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Remuneration:₹18 LPA (Including 30% Variable)If you have a passion for sales and a strong network in the interior design industry, we invite you to apply and be part of our dynamic team!To Apply: Send your resume to viplavi.v@.
