Job Overview:We are seeking a Visual Designer with a strong focus on branding to join our creative team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and cohesive visual identities that represent our brand and resonate with our target audience. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, from logo creation to marketing materials, digital assets, and user interfaces, ensuring that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and vision.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development & Strategy: Lead the design of visual identity systems that capture the essence of our brand, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative visual concepts and strategies for various branding projects, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements.Marketing & Campaign Design: Design engaging visuals for marketing materials, campaigns, presentations, social media, and digital platforms that maintain a cohesive brand voice.Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with other designers, product teams, and marketing departments to ensure all design materials align with business objectives and brand consistency.User-Centered Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design user interfaces that reflect the brand’s personality and enhance user experience across web and mobile applications.Brand Guidelines: Create and maintain brand guidelines that ensure consistency and clarity for internal teams and external partners.Adaptability: Update and refresh existing branding materials as needed to stay relevant with market trends and evolving business goals.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Visual Designer or Branding Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative design.Expertise in branding principles (logo design, typography, color theory, etc.), with experience creating design systems and brand guidelines.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a focus on responsive web design and mobile design.Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity and brand consistency.Strong communication skills to present ideas and concepts clearly, and ability to take constructive feedback.Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a branding agency or within a fast-paced environment where branding is a key priority.Experience designing marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with web design best practices.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on exciting, high-impact branding projects.A collaborative and creative team environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities and growth potential.
