In this role, you will be responsible for selling subscription services to clients interested in equities research and investment insights related to the ASX. Your primary focus will be on converting leads into long-term clients, engaging in meaningful conversations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Please note that even if you are not meeting or covering all the responsibilities and qualifications/skills, but you are confident to thrive in a fast paced B2C sales environment. We encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Operations: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, primarily focused on converting them to subscribe to our ASX research services. • Customer Support: Provide post-sale customer support, assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product upgrades when appropriate. • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored research products. • Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Track and maintain detailed records of prospects, schedule follow-up calls, and convert leads into active subscribers. • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including sales revenue. • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales team and management to report on sales activities, opportunities, and market feedback.Key Qualifications & Skills: • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, including Cold-calling or inside sales experience is an added advantage. Freshers invited as well. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication. • Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven, with a strong passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Industry Knowledge (a plus): A keen interest in learning about the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and investment strategies.
