You’ll play a key role in designing client websites (80%) and contributing to internal projects (20%), ensuring high design standards and innovation.Key Responsibilities: Design & InnovationConceptualize and create visually engaging, interactive website designs.Lead design ideation, wireframing, and prototyping using modern tools.Ensure high standards of UX/UI design, typography, color theory, and responsive design. Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with designers, developers, and project managers to execute projects smoothly.Engage with clients to understand objectives, budgets, and design preferences.Present designs effectively and incorporate feedback efficiently. Process & ProductivityUtilize industry-leading design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD for agile workflows.Stay updated on design trends and provide insights to the sales team.Maintain accurate work tracking using company tools.What You Bring:5+ years of experience in web and interactive design.Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.Proficiency in:Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive designAbility to translate client needs into compelling visuals.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development (a plus).Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
