Roles and Responsibilities: Managing all Employee Lifecycle transactions with accuracy and timelinessEmployee data and process management on HRMS (preferably Darwinbox)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiencyReport HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement, provide insights to stakeholders, and contribute to decision-makingStrong adherence to HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimizationGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR analytics, KPIs, and compliance, and present findings to HR leadership and key stakeholdersManaging and supporting during HR auditsKey Tasks:Checking, approving and managing onboarding forms on HRMSManaging BGV process, coordinating with vendors and HRBPsManaging employee lifecycle events such as transfer, manager change, promotions etc.Tracking nominations, publishing, documenting recognition programsManaging separation process and related tasksEnsuring correct data inputs flow to payroll in terms of attendance, leaves, encashmentsCoordinating with HRMS team for task automation activitiesCollection and checking of incentives data and payout inputsExpectation from candidate:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in People operations, HRIS data management in set up of 3000+ employeesStrong knowledge of HR processes and employee life cycleProficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applicationsExcellent data, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionDemonstrated ability to drive process adherence and improvement
