**** MUST START 4AM IST. ****We are seeking a D365 F&O Application Support Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).NoteThis is an opportunity to work remotely for an Australian CustomerApplicants must be willing to work in or close to Melbourne, Australia Timezone (GMT+10).Applicants must be able to provide no more than 4 weeks notice periodApplication must be willing to work Australian Public Holiday PeriodsThe ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of core Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Advanced Warehousing modules, along with experience in user security management. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the D365 F&O platform.Key Responsibilities:Application Support & Issue Resolution:Provide functional and technical support for D365 F&O users.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Advanced Warehousing modules.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve critical application issues.Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.Finance Module Expertise:Assist users in navigating the Chart of Accounts, posting ledger journals, and closing financial periods.Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice posting and reconciliation.Sales & Marketing / Procurement & Sourcing Modules:Guide users in creating and processing Quotes, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders.Support order management processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.Assist in resolving AR/AP journal posting issues.Advanced Warehousing & Inventory Management:Support warehouse users with Release to Warehouse, Load Planning Workbench, and Inventory Journals.Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and warehouse workflow issues.Provide guidance on warehouse processes and best practices.User & Security Role Management:Manage user access and security roles within D365 F&O.Troubleshoot and resolve user permission and security-related issues.Ensure compliance with security best practices and role-based access control (RBAC).Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.Provide training and guidance to end users on D365 F&O functionalities and best practices.Document and communicate issue resolutions, system changes, and process improvements.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).Strong functional knowledge of the Finance module, including Chart of Accounts, Ledger Journals, and Financial Period Closing.Experience with Sales & Marketing / Procurement & Sourcing modules, including Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and AR/AP journals.Good understanding of Advanced Warehousing, including Release to Warehouse, Load Planning Workbench, and Inventory Journals.Hands-on experience in User and Security Role Management in D365 F&O.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business users.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with D365 F&O integrations and data migration tools.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).Understanding of Dual Write integrations between F&O and Dataverse.Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).This role is ideal for someone with a strong functional background in D365 F&O, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping users optimize business processes.
