Platform Administration:Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the EasyVista platform. Configure and maintain the EasyVista system, including workflows, dashboards, and reports. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. ITSM Process Management:Understand and support key ITSM processes like incident, problem, change, and service request management. Ensure processes are aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and automation. Technical Skills:Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices. Experience with IT asset management and CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Familiarity with cloud-based software and technologies.
