Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveJob Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in international procurement and import processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling import documentation and vendor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.Key Responsibilities:1. Purchase Management:Handle timely procurement and thoroughly review and verify Proforma Invoices (PI), Packing Lists (PL), and Commercial Invoices (CI).Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) as per procurement requirements.Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain effective vendor relationships.Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to facilitate smooth procurement and delivery processes.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with domestic and international suppliers.Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of goods.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure reliable supply, timely deliveries, and competitive pricing.Monitor and follow up on import shipments and ensure compliance with import regulations.2. Inventory & Documentation:Update inventory, procurement, and sales-related information in Google Sheets or other tracking tools.Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.3. Data Entry & Management:Accurately input and update procurement and inventory data.Verify, organize, and prepare data for internal and external reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in international purchase and import operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets.Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
