This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of premium workspace transformations, working alongside industry leaders to drive business growth and client success.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Lead Activities: Assist the sales team in generating leads by researching potential clients and new projects in the office interior design & build sector.Web Research: Conduct detailed online research to identify potential new projects through project portals, industry websites, and construction-related platforms. Keep track of active and upcoming projects.Networking Events: Identify and gather information on relevant networking events, trade shows, conferences, and seminars in the office interiors and design industry. Help coordinate participation in these events to generate business opportunities.Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM/database with detailed information about potential clients, prospects, and leads. Ensure all data is accurate, current, and well-organized for easy reference.Finding New Contacts: Use various sources such as online news, industry publications, newspapers, and business directories to find new contacts or potential leads in the office interior design and build sector.Client Follow-ups: Support the sales team by coordinating follow-ups with potential clients, assisting with data entry, and preparing necessary documentation.Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales team on research findings, new leads, and progress on ongoing projects. Prepare periodic reports on potential leads and new business opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to align sales efforts, deliver quality service, and ensure all client information is communicated clearly. Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support, or data management role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.Skills: Strong research skills for finding new projects and leads on project portals and through other channels.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Familiarity with online project platforms, networking events, and construction industry databases.Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage large volumes of data effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.Good communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively coordinate with the sales team and clients.Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and pursuing new leads.Location: Preferably a candidate residing in South Delhi or nearby areas for ease of commute to the office.Education: A graduate degree in any field. Additional certifications in sales support, office administration, or related fields will be a plus. Personal Attributes:Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong team player who can also work independently when needed.
