FluxGen is a deep-tech company pioneering sustainable water managementJob Title : Finance LeadLocation : BangaloreCompany : FluxGen Sustainable Technologies Private LimitedAbout the RoleAs the Finance Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing and analysing profit and loss statements on a weekly basis, managing inventory, following up on payments, and generating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure our financial practices are efficient and compliant with regulations.Key Responsibilities1. Bookkeeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. - Ensure all entries are recorded correctly and timely in the accounting system.2. Profit & Loss Management: - Prepare weekly profit and loss statements. - Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Provide insights and recommendations to management based on P&L analysis.3. Inventory Management: - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. - Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.4. Payment Follow-Up: - Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments. - Follow up with clients and customers regarding outstanding invoices. - Maintain records of payment statuses and report on collection activities.5. Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting: - Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide accurate and timely financial information. - Ensure MIS reports are comprehensive and support strategic decision-making. - Continuously improve the MIS process for better efficiency and effectiveness.6.
