Job Summary:The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end hiringprocess, developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring that theorganization hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection,and onboarding.• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and build a network ofpotential candidates.• Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attracttop talent.• Analyse the market, salary trends and best practices of hiring• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment• Track recruitment metrics such as ,me-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providingtimely feedback.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to improve the recruitmentprocesses.• Monitor and improve the offer-to-joining ratio by managing candidate expecta,ons,maintaining communication, and addressing concerns post-offer• Develop recruitment strategies that aligns with business goals and to minimize drop-offs between offer acceptance and joining.Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in with a technology company recruitment, prior experiencein product company is a plus.• Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage mul,ple recruitmentprojects simultaneously.
