We're Hiring: Lead – Accounts Payable(Shared Services)Are you a skilled finance professional with 5-7 years of experience or anMBA Financewith strong academic credentials? Join our dynamic team and take charge of leading theAccounts Payable (AP)function in a shared services role, ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight : Manage the entire AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payment processing and reconciliation. Implement automation and efficient systems for smoother workflows. MIS & Reporting : Provide monthly bank stock statements, open line item reviews, and data for monthly finance reviews. Compliance & Controls : Ensure compliance with internal controls, IND AS standards, and other relevant accounting laws. Conduct regular reviews for process improvements. Audit Management : Support statutory, internal, and IFC audits, ensuring timely closure with minimal observations. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AP queries and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Process Improvement : Contribute to the revision of SOPs and improve vendor and GRIR open line item hygiene. Team Management:Should be able to handle a team size of 3-4 persons.What We're Looking For: MBA (Finance)or equivalent accounting qualification. 5-7 years of experience in finance (or 3-4 years for MBA-qualified candidates). Stronganalytical ,communication , andorganizationalskills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
