Racanaa Energy () is looking for a Solution Testing Engineer to join their solution engineering team in Bangalore.We are looking for a Solution Testing Engineer for testing and validation of 3rd party integrated solutions and in house developed solutions. New solutions testing, Test methodologies development, Test automation, Test planning and validation and Coordinate between product team and tech support team.Education: BE(EEE) or BE(ECE) or BE(Mechatronics)Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experienceJob Responsibilities:1. Test Planning:Develop and execute test plans and test cases for hardware components (PCBs, microcontrollers, sensors, etc.).Perform functional, electrical, and environmental testing to evaluate product performance.Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, and other testing tools for debugging and analysis.Identify testing methodologies, create automated test procedures.2. Test Automation & Documentation:Conduct end-to-end solution testing involving hardware, software, and cloud-based systems Document test procedures, results, and reports to track hardware reliability and failures.Evaluate scalability, load handling, and stress resilience of solutions.3. Troubleshooting & Debugging:Identify, analyze and document defects, working with development and Vendor teams to resolve them.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest improvements.4. Collaboration & ReportingPrepare detailed test reports, defect tracking logs, and validation records.Communicate findings and improvement recommendations to R&D and engineering teams.Maintain detailed test logs and reports for future reference and audits.Required Skills & Knowledge:Good Knowledge about Electrical parameters like, power, active energy, apparent energy, power factor, phase angle, Etc.Hands on experience in testing of energy meter, temperature sensor, Humidity sensor, IR based sensors.Hands on experience in testing of communication protocols like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Modbus etc.Knowledge about tools for testing communication protocols like Modscan etc.Knowledge about electrical circuits and networks.Able to complete projects on time and produce the documents.Should be aware necessary safety methods & maintenance used in LAB environment.Good experienced in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint.Good written and communications skills.
