Join AMPIN Energy's Investment team!An opportunity in AMPIN energy's investment team is like getting into a PE/Infrastructure fund role focused on renewable energy as we do all models such as C&I/Utility using Solar/Wind/Hybrid technologies across the country. Also strategic investments across the value chain and in energy transition. Also exposure to the world class investment processes as we are backed by some of the leading institutional investors across the globe!How you will contribute:Creating financial models for our solar, wind and hybrid projects for both C&I and utility businesses as well as strategic investments.Managing the investment life cycle in the projects and preparing a sound investment framework to maximize consolidated returns.Taking the investment opportunities through the investment including exposure to our international institutional investors.Performing financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects and recommending an investment decision.Monitoring & reporting of KPIs to investors related to their investments regularly.Preparation of financial documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments - Information Memorandum and Prospectus.Liaising with external parties such as Investment banks, Syndicate Consultants, Investment Consultants, etc. for potential deal flow, M&A, and investment opportunities.Maintaining the efficient capital deployment and phasing of equity investments in the projects to maximize return on invested capital.Ideal skills for this role include:2+ years of relevant experience, candidates with experience in the renewable energy industry and experience in equity transactions are essential.Should have a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks governing Financial Instruments such as RBI NBFC Framework, and SEBI Regulations and ensure that all investment compliance regulations are met.Chartered Accountant / Full-time MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.Ability to work with cross-functional units.Commitment to excellence and accuracy
