Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end recruiting, sourcing top technical talent, and managing a robust database of candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with service industry companies like Wipro, CTS, TCS, Capgemini, and NTT Data.Key Responsibilities:1. Source, screen, and hire top technical talent for various clients.2. Maintain a comprehensive database of qualified candidates.3. Job Board Expertise: Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards to identify and acquire exceptional technical professionals.4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional recruiting services.5. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs.6. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes for candidates.7. Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits.8. Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on technical hiring.2. At least 2 years of experience working with service industry companies like Wipro, CTS, TCS, Capgemini, and NTT Data.3. Bachelor's degree in any field.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.5. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards, as well as applicant tracking systems (ATS).Nice to Have:1. Certifications in recruitment or human resources, such as CPRP or PHR.2.
