Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Analyst for Treasury and Payable to work extensively with AP Head and Treasury Head towards analysing, data processing, accounting and data reporting. He/She will have a variety of responsibilities. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to drive process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing data: Analyzing financial and operational data to gain insights for decision-makingManaging cash flow: Preparing cash positions daily, organizing cash flow predictions, and producing consolidated cash flow reportsReconciling: Reconciling transactions, reconciling the prior day's actuals to requests, and investigating variancesPreparing reports: Preparing reports for senior management, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysesMaking recommendations: Making recommendations to management based on findingsConducting research: Conducting research to get business and economic information that impacts a business's performancePartnering with the accounting team: Partnering with the accounting team during the close processRequired CompetenciesProficiency in treasury management principles and practices.Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and systems.Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to think strategically and provide insights to support business growth and profitability.Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Work Experience & Qualifications graduate with Accounting or a related field with 3-4 years experience / Freshly qualified CA, preferably in the internet or technology industryNote: This role is a 6 days working role & work from office.
