Residents of the NCR region can work from the office, but it isn't mandatory if you live in any other city. About the RoleAmong your responsibilities are understanding the client's brief, onboarding ideal influencers for campaigns, negotiating the best costs, coordinating with them, and reporting to the account director.You’ll report to the account director directly. You’ll get all the support you need.What you will do on a day to day basisIdentification, outreach, and onboarding of creators/influencers according to client's briefResearch and identify key influencers, creators, and talent management companies for ongoing and scheduled campaignsEnsure the influencers understand the client's requirements by using your strong verbal and written communicationEnsure campaign timelines are met; deliver influencer assets and coordinate logistics if necessaryExecuting campaigns and providing support to the account directorStay up-to-date on current trends and identify potential influencers to work withIdeal candidates for this role:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBeing patient yet smart when it comes to people managementNegotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBeing able to understand a brief before getting it done through influencersConsume current trends and influencers on Instagram and YouTubeResult oriented and eternal optimistGreat with people and intend to do go
