Job Summary:LAL Sweets Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys mission, vision, and values, to drive organizational growth. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.Develop and oversee HR budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.Talent Acquisition and Management:Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, employer branding, recruitment, selection, and induction and onboarding, to attract top talent. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to reduce hiring costs and improve employee experience. Enhance the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires and improve employee satisfaction. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development programs. Implement OKR frameworks to align employee goals with company objectives and drive a culture of high performance. Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. Develop talent management strategies for employee retention, development, and succession planning. HR Operations and Compliance:Oversee all HR operations, including payroll management, benefits administration, HRMS, and file and records management. Ensure statutory and compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop, implement, and update policy creation and implementation. Manage employee relations, addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts. Oversee employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and managing separations. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Build and maintain strong stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and vendors. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other HR service providers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and investors, providing updates on HR initiatives and organizational progress. Compensation and Benefits:Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with company objectives. Conduct Mercer benchmarking and market mapping to ensure competitive pay practices. CSR Initiatives:Develop, manage, and implement CSR initiatives and policies. Promote the companys social responsibility commitments to internal and external audiences. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership and team management role. Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in HRMS and other HR technology. Experience in stakeholder management and vendor relations. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational growth and improve employee engagement. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).Experience in the FMCG industry.
