Job Title : Transformation Leader – SCMExperience: 10 - 20 years Location: Mumbai/Kolkata•RequiredTechnical Skill• SCM Domain knowledge / Delivery experience / Project Management experience /Awareness of Digital tools & solutionsExperienceRange • 15 – 20 years within SCM outsourcing with at least 9 to 10 years of TransformationsThe Job• Accountable for driving Transformation programs across SCM domain.• Co-ordinating with Delivery / Account teams to track and ensure compliance tocontractual Productivity commitments.• In dept SCM Domain expertise is the key for the Role. Also, industry specific will helpto drive the Transformation in that space• End-to-end conceptualization and delivery of all SCM Transformation solutions forcustomers – formulation and deployment of Digital Assets & Analytics solutions.• Work closely with Customer to understand current landscape, infrastructure, andbusiness challenges to arrive at key areas / opportunities for Transformation andthen create / propose transformation roadmap.• Lead the engagement, design, and change processes that meet and exceed thecustomers’ business requirements and enable successful build and implementationof Digital solutions.• Responsible for identifying, reviewing, guiding, and enriching the Transformationproposals drawing on deep domain knowledge in SCM.• Work with Project / Program Leaders and the customer to optimize the quality ofproject output.• Accountable for driving efficiency and value creation across the span of operationsand collaborate with Delivery Excellence and other support teams.• Coordinating with Customer for review and approval of agreed deliverables.Competencies –Must Haves• Education:o Bachelors / Master’s degree – preferably in Operations / Supply Chain orDigital Transformation Management.• Knowledge & Experience:o Strong domain knowledge in key areas of SCM – Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver &Enable with significant depth of knowledge in at least one area.o 15 – 20 years of experience in SCM Outsourcing industry of which at least 7years in managing large Transformation programs.o Experience in Client Relationship Management – engaging withCIOs/CPO/CSCO’s, key client stakeholders, understanding theirrequirements and our ability to meet themo Should have led large strategic project end to end includingconceptualization, implementation, and realizationo Experience of working in large organizations with a matrix structure.o Demonstrates deep domain knowledge and a broad understanding ofoperational service delivery management, preferably in an internationalenvironment, and domain knowledge.o Ability to influence Executive leadership• Skills:o Self-starter and ability to work independently and drive results, eye for detail.o Strong Project Management, Analytical & Problem-solving skills.o Strong relationship and stakeholder management skillso Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skillso Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.o Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.o Interest & knowledge about Operating model design, Value chain mappingand business process reengineering, end customer experiences, newtechnologies, intelligent automations and robotics, data and analytics,platform business models, straight through operations processes, AI and ML,and other traditional and digitally related transformation activities whichdeliver significant improvements to business efficiency and effectiveness.o Proficient in Microsoft Office – PPT, Excel, Word• Expectations:o Bring Business & Industry Insights, evaluate partnerships to evolve offerings,co-innovate and lead the transformation agenda with clients.o Be an SCM thought leader and a trusted advisor to our clients.o Establish new processes as needed to ensure successful Transformationprogram management and project execution and develop measures ofsuccess to track progress towards Transformation goals.o Build and own governance around transformation projects delivery and valuerealizationo Identify potential issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies.o Recommend enhancements to the current projects to deliver greater valueCompetencies –Good to Have• Understanding of Technology and various ERPs being used in SCM. Userexperience in SAP, Oracle, JDE or any other ERP.• Exposure / experience in Quality, Analytics, Metrics design, Benchmarking andConsulting will be preferred.• Cross-industry and cross-functional experience preferred• Preferred Certifications:o Domain Certifications (Source to Pay, Inventory Management,Transportation & Logistics etc.) as well as Specialized Skill Certifications(PMP, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma etc.) are preferred.o Project Management Certifications: PMP / Prince 2 etc. preferredo Techno-functional Certifications in RPA/AI/MLo Lean Six Sigma Certification – Black Belt / Master Black Belto Agile methodology – Scrum Certificationso Data Science / Business Analytics Certificationso Process Mining & Visualization tools – Celonis, Power BI, Tableau.
