Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT Chennai. Shift : Us shifts Week off : Saturday & Sunday - Fixed. Interview Mode: Face to Face Interview Interview Venue: HCL TECH, Sholinganallur ELCOT campus, Tower 4, Chennai-119 Interview Time: 11:30AM - 2PM Contact HR: Pradeep / Vinoth Note: (B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates, MCA/MSc are Not eligible to apply) ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments. - Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims. - Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. - Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact. - Update account-wise customer interactions daily. - Achieve critical performance targets. - Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines. - Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools. - Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Focus on delivering a positive customer experience - Should possess active listening skills - Good data entry & typing skills - Ability to multitask. - Ability to contribute to the process through improvement ideas. - Analytical and problem-solving skills on the process. - To use sound judgment and take decisions.
