The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, effective communication, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist – Sales Support to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, generate, and qualify potential leads in the UAE market and transfer them to the UAE sales team for further engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to outreach, and the ability to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in the UAE.Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Maintain and update a lead database to track interactions, progress, and follow-ups.Send introductory emails and service presentations to potential clients.Effectively transfer qualified leads to the UAE sales team for follow-up and conversion.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead acquisition.Track and analyze lead conversion rates and report insights to the management.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance lead-generation strategies.Requirements:Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.Strong communication and email outreach skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software.Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.Understanding of the UAE market and customer behavior (preferred).Good organizational and multitasking skills.QualificationsNew Leads and Lead Generation skillsMarket Research skillsStrong Communication skillsSales skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in CRM software and lead management toolsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
