We are seeking a highly skilled Slot Game Prototype Developer with a total of 2 years of experience to work closely with mathematicians and backend developers to build, test, and refine game math prototypes for slot games. This role involves meticulous validation of mathematical models, running large-scale simulations to verify Return to Player (RTP), and ensuring all aspects of game fairness and logic are aligned with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Mathematical Review: Collaborate with game mathematicians to scrutinize and verify all game math files including equations, algorithms, and probability distributions.Fairness & Accuracy: Ensure the mathematical framework is fair, accurate, and provides a balanced gaming experience to the players.Simulation & Analysis: Perform millions of simulations to validate game math, assess RTP, and evaluate feature behaviours under various gameplay scenarios.Data-Driven Insights: Interpret simulation data to inform design decisions and improve both player engagement and game profitability.Technical Implementation: Collaborate with backend developers to ensure accurate integration of mathematical logic into the production environment.Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices regarding randomness, fairness, and compliance requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in C++, Java, or Node.js.Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).Deep understanding of Slot Math including RTP, hit frequency, volatility, pay tables, and bonus triggers.Experience with mathematical modelling and probability/statistics as applied to game logic.Ability to perform high-volume simulations and analyse large data sets.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with both mathematicians and backend teams.Attention to detail and a passion for building fair and engaging gaming experiences.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in casino gaming or slot game development.Familiarity with random number generation (RNG) mechanisms and their implementation.Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for gaming software.
