The ideal candidate must have print experience. (Labels, Box nets, Print processes, Point of sale), strong experience with brand guidelines and showing consistency and quality in understanding a brand’s visual style across multiple outputs (POS, Print, Internal comms etc).As an Artworker, you will be expected to use brand guidelines and artworking templates to generate marketing collateral across multiple mediums for both print and digital channels including, brochures, press adverts, leaflets, and direct mailers, along with online banner adverts, website/email assets, and social media assets.What you’ll be doing:You will produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry standards for both packaging, labelling formats.You will work collaboratively in a team.You will have a good understanding of typography, space, and layout as well as text formatting.Strong working knowledge of creating artwork for print, including colour management, alongside digital skills to create pack shots.You will have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Work closely with and support the SCJ artworker from their conception to final sign-offEnsure packaging and labelling artwork meet printing standards, such as colour, typography and logo.Ensure pack shots artwork meet digital/ print standardsCorrect and format documents before they're sent to the printers Ensure print ready artwork is consistent, accurate and follows any brand guidelinesAdapt design for variable formats in digital printSet up, manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholdersCarry out proof checking prior to printWhat you need to be great in this role:Excellent artworking skills across integrated media and experience in management of artwork collateral of at least 2-3 yearsThe ability to take, interpret and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects.A great team player with a client centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationshipsA keen eye for brand consistency across multiple jobsPrior experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to step into projects as needed.Strong typography, layout, and technical skills with excellent attention to detailReq ID: 12025LinkedIn hashtags: #LI-SK1Our values shape everything we do:Be Ambitious to succeedBe Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possibleBe Inspirational to do groundbreaking workBe always learning and listening to understandBe Results-focused to exceed expectationsBe actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creationsOLIVER+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
