Greetings from Spectral Consultants,We're hiring for a Primary Market research role with a US-based Management Consulting firm.Location - PuneNOTE - If you're an Immediate joiner/serving or have up to 15 days of notice period do applyRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in Primary Market Research- Team Management experience (preferred)- MBA with a bachelor's (and often graduate) degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline or related field- Hands-on exp. in Campaign running, Questionnaire/Survey designing etc.Roles & Responsibilities :Lead project teams in design and execution of analyses to test hypotheses and improve client commercial effectivenessLead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings and regular check-ins with clientsConduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issuesEvidence of strong analytic work (including use of advanced modeling techniques and tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBALeading customer insights engagements, involving primary and secondary data analytics across variety of projects like segmentation, forecasting, conjoint, consumer simulation, pricing etc.It'll be a 5 days working/Hybrid mode
