Here, you will make an impact by: Developing software solutions by understanding information needs of the Medical Solutions Division business. Advocating and enhancing the Agile software development lifecycle. Determining operational feasibility of solution designs by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. May manage small team of software engineers by providing advice, coaching, mentoring and assisting to resolve complex technical or design issues.Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or related field (completed and verified prior to start). 5 years’ experience configuring and developing software leveraging Oracle EBS Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA, Tax etc.) 5 years’ experience with integrating Oracle EBS into other enterprise applications Experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 5 years' experience in Oracle Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.), Sales (iStore) 5 years' experience as an applications developer in private, public, government or military environments – (large and small projects). Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Lean/Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines). Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences. Data modeling and report development in an Oracle EBS environment. Familiar with various IT and PM tools – JIRA, RTC etc. Healthcare experience (preferred) ITIL certified (preferred)Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: UI/UX Design and Development. EAI / API integration using tools like Mulesoft and / or Oracle Fusion Middleware. Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Data Analysis and Engineering. Cloud (AWS / Azure), SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering, CI/CD.
