The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace design and a passion for creating inspiring and functional environments.Key Responsibilities:Space Planning: Develop efficient and effective space plans that meet client requirements.3D Development: Create detailed 3D models to visualize design concepts.Moodboards and Material Presentations: Prepare moodboards and presentations to communicate design ideas and material selections.Design Drawings/Documentation: Produce precise design drawings and documentation to support project execution.Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.Requirements:Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in workplace design.Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for detail in material application and sourcing.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) related services and project execution.Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar design tools.Innovation: Interest in exploring and utilizing design-related AI tools.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
