The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft AI tools and frameworks, empowering professionals to innovate and build intelligent solutions using cutting-edge AI capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver advanced training programs on Microsoft AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and Azure Machine Learning.Develop comprehensive training materials, such as technical guides, hands-on labs, presentations, and real-world scenarios, to address diverse learning needs.Conduct live training sessions (virtual and in-person) and create on-demand learning modules tailored to audiences such as developers, data scientists, and business leaders.Provide mentorship and post-training support to learners, ensuring the successful application of AI concepts and tools.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft AI technologies and integrate them into training programs.Customize training content to meet the specific needs of learners, industries, and organizational goals.Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, continuously improving the learning experience.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, AI Engineer, or Data Scientist specializing in Microsoft AI technologies.Expertise in Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI Service, AI foundry, and Azure ML using RAG services.Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts, natural language processing, RAG and computer vision.Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or C#.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, are highly desirable.Skills:Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning)Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer VisionAI Model Development and DeploymentTraining Program Design and DeliveryTechnical Writing and MentorshipServices to coverAzure OpenAI Service:Integration of GPT-4.5 (preview), which excels in diverse text and image tasks.New features like stored completions API for capturing conversation history and spillover management for traffic fluctuations.Azure AI Search:Enhanced search capabilities using natural language processing (NLP) and vector search to retrieve relevant data.Azure AI Document Intelligence:Advanced tools for extracting insights from structured and unstructured documents using AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).Azure AI Studio:A platform for building, testing, and deploying AI models more efficiently.Azure AI Vision:Improved capabilities for text recognition, image analysis, and face detection.Azure AI Speech:Services for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and speaker recognition, with enhanced real-time audio models.Azure AI Content Safety:Please share your resume to sowmya.moily@
