Backed by top investors like Accel and industry leaders, we’re a fast-growing early-stage startup on a mission to change how people experience food.About the Role - As a Performance Marketing Manager at Swish, you’ll own end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work across multiple platforms—including Meta, Google, and emerging channels—to optimize ad performance, scale campaigns efficiently, and maximize ROI. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and continuous optimization.What You’ll Do - Growth & Performance MarketingDevelop and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other digital platformsDrive user acquisition, app installs and conversions through targeted paid media strategiesContinuously analyze funnel performance and optimize campaigns for CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)Campaign Execution & OptimizationSet up and manage paid media campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid strategy optimizationMonitor ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion ratesLeverage retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve retention and engagementAnalytics & Budget ManagementTrack, analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics toolsManage budgets efficiently to maximize returns while maintaining cost efficiencyExperiment with new channels, ad formats, and growth hacks to scale performanceWhat You’ll Need3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketingExpertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platformsStrong analytical skills with experience in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution modelingHands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targetingA data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentationPrior experience in gaming companies or digital agencies is a plus, as we’re looking for someone who understands high-volume user acquisition, aggressive A/B testing, and data-driven campaign scaling
