Role SummaryA challenging position for a high performing sales executive to help Datamatics meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets managing the sales team in a competitive and innovative wayThe candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Datamatics BPO/BPM business offerings and value propositionUse an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory‘) and acquire new customers for Datamatics’ BPO offerings i.e. finance & accounting, banking process management, insurance process management and claims processingStrong understanding of the BFSI process for BPM, CFO Backoffice processes & Process AutomationStrong experience selling to banking, insurance, manufacturing verticalsIn-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscapeUnderstand the customer’s buying cycleHunt for new logos / clients – majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)Achieve and regularly meet sales targetContribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plansDrive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)Identify and map business strengths and customer’s diverse needsAnticipate possible escalations and keep the Sales posted for timely interventionRespond to bid documents, legal clauses, reviewing RFPs and supporting documentsExperience: Minimum 6 years of ITES sales experienceMinimum 3 years of experience selling either of the BPO offerings i.e. finance & accounting, banking process management, insurance process management, claims processingStrong experience selling to banking, insurance and manufacturing verticalExperience working with offshore delivery team would be preferredEducation: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
