What You'll be doing:Assisting in financing initiatives including Review of Agreements, Execution of NDU & Engagement letter, assistance in DD.Assisting in Project Specific Financial Modelling of companies.Preparation and timely submission of various MIS, Certificates, Statements, Report and details to Lenders/ Bankers and for internal Customers.Maintaining relationship with Lenders, Security Trustee, Bankers, Investors, Credit rating agenciesEnsuring Timely debt servicing, compliance to facility agreement and submission of accurate data to Bond trustees.Loan documents.Financial Models.Requirements:CA / MBA (Finance)/ Effective communication and Analytical AbilityOverall 7 to 10 years’ experience in financing & accounting.Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management & liaising with banks/ financial institutions and various stakeholders.Experience in fundraising , Handled treasury Handled more than 3 investors/ banks at a particular point of time
