Title: MERN Stack Frontend Lead EngineerLocation: Bangalore On-SiteJob Description:We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Frontend Lead Engineer to spearhead thedevelopment of frontend systems for our virtual classroom platform. As the Full StackFrontend Lead, you will lead a team focused on developing responsive, user-friendlyinterfaces for both administrators and customers. You will be responsible for building robustmedia-driven components for our classroom products and creating efficient admindashboards. Your role will include ensuring the scalability and maintainability of frontendapplications while collaborating with backend developers and other stakeholders.Responsibilities:● Lead the development of admin-facing dashboards and customer-facing classroomproducts with a focus on intuitive, media-rich user interfaces.● Work closely with designers and product managers to create smooth, interactive userexperiences for the classroom environment.● Architect and implement scalable, responsive, and performant frontend solutionsusing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Redux.● Develop media components such as video players, whiteboards, and interactive toolsto enhance the virtual classroom experience.● Mentor and guide the frontend development team, conducting code reviews, andpromoting best practices in performance, security, and scalability.● Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, manage data flows, and ensureseamless functionality.● Ensure a high standard of code quality and maintainability across all frontendprojects.● Continuously optimize applications for speed and responsiveness, ensuring excellentuser experience across different devices.Required Skills:● 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development, including hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and React.● Strong expertise in React and Redux for managing complex state in web applications.● Experience with TypeScript.● Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and experience with Next.js for performance optimization.● Proven experience working with media-rich components (e.g., video players, interactive tools) in a web environment.● Experience building admin dashboards and customer-facing products with a focus on usability and performance.● Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization for web applications.● Proficient with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).● Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, Express, or equivalent.● Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling complex data flows.
