He/she is expected to verify and validate each document as per the client’s compliances and raise findings if he/she finds any document to be missing or incomplete resulting in non-compliance. Applicant is expected to work within tight timelines and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.Designing and implementing variable compensation plans to support the organization's business strategies and goals.Analyzing the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommending changes to improve performance.Collaborating with other departments to ensure compensation programs align with the organization's overall talent management strategy.Developing and managing the annual budget for variable compensation programs.Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of compensation plans.Communicating compensation plans and programs to employees and managers to ensure understanding and compliance.Administering variable compensation plans, including bonus, stock option, and other incentive-based programs.Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.Developing and delivering training and communications materials to support the implementation of compensation programs.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and make recommendations for improvement.Overseeing the reconciliation process for the discounts and rebates claimed by clients.Analyzing client discounts and evaluating their impact on gross margin.Assisting senior management in developing pricing strategies in response to customers' RFPs, as a component of the customer acquisition process.Conducting a thorough analysis of the client's needs and objectives developing pricing strategy accordingly. Understanding the value of the service that will be provided to the client and ensuring the pricing is competitive.Analyze team productivity to identify opportunities for streamlining business processes through automation and reducing manual efforts.Continuously seeking feedback from team members and using it to improve processes and performance.Skills:Proficiency in MS Office products: such as Excel, Word and Power BI.Good in Accounting with analytical and problem-solving skills balanced with a creative mindset.The candidate should exhibit attention to detail in various day-to-day activities.The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Desirable skills include SQL and data analytics.Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Audit/ Data analysisEducation:Bachelor’s in commerce/BBA/Finance is essential.
