Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and establish strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation for restaurants, hotels, and catering services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the F&B division. Identify and acquire new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and clients. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives. Negotiate and close high-value deals, contracts, and agreements. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of business agreements. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve sales targets. Prepare reports, presentations, and sales forecasts for management review. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and acquire new leadsKey Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the F&B or hospitality industry. Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
