Role : Solution Architect D365 F&OJob location : Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai Design solution architectures for the finance systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices whilst meeting the business’ requirements. The role will coordinate with other/junior architects in the delivery of the solution for clients, shepherding it through the relevant governance.Qualification and Skills -12+ years total experience comprising a blend of business analysis, development & solution architecture in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environmentIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O product in an integrated architectureIn depth knowledge of 'Procure-to-Pay', 'Order-to-Cash', 'Record-to-Report' business processes and associated solutions in D365In-depth knowledge of D365 configurations and features including localizationsGood knowledge of D365 customizations/custom extensions and ReportingIn-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365Good knowledge of Azure Devops tools and Devops processesExperience in various software designs, languages, and architectureProficient in solution definition and problem-solving skillsThorough understanding of design engineering principles and best practicesStrong understanding of analytical skills and techniquesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to liaise with business stakeholders & technology teamsBroad technical expertise combined with strong leadership and communication capabilities to drive innovation and changeGood knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and Devops processesExposure to Azure DevopsJob Description:Key Responsibilities -Evaluate system architecture for finance function - integrating IT systems per organizational needs & aligned to the enterprise architecture; - Comply with all governance and due diligence applicable to the solutionPropose & define solution design options based on requirements and the standards, patterns and procedures; Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutionsEvaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose process re-engineering if requiredWalkthrough the to-be solution through forums such as 'Business Playback'. Address solution related questions, concerns from the business. Provide suitable solutions/workaroundsReview and approve relevant documents like Solution Design Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document etc.Supervise and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycleProvide solutions guidance to technical/business teams for post implementation issues during Hypercare and steady-state operationsReview and approve change requests - from architecture/solutions perspectiveDocument and share best practice knowledge for new solutions, keep assessing process improvementsContinuously research emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing architecture
