About the role:As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:Proactive monitoring and investigation of the plant operations, including in night shift when assigned Providing appropriate recommendations to the service team based on the observations and findings of the monitoring activity. Ensuring proper process control including documentation and storage of relevant material. Engaging round the clock as and when needed to effectively monitor and drive issue closure in any facility. This involves coordinating with site operators Working with management heads and internal teams to identify product and process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and maximize the impact of DigitalPaani in each facility.Please note that this opportunity offers a blend of in-office and remote work. The role also includes rotating shifts, alternating between daytime and nighttime shifts.About you:The ideal candidate for this role meets the following requirements:Experience of monitoring/data analysis of complex engineering systems/BMS systems/automation systems/infrastructure systems Ideally a technical background with experience in water/ wastewater domain or at least an Engineering degree Ideally, previous experience includes having worked in water/wastewater or energy facilities Deep experience engaging with and managing a variety of stakeholders including field staff Detail oriented. A natural appetite and inquisitive mind for horizon-scanning. Able to work independently and demonstrate a flexible approach. Strong written and verbal communication that is articulate. Able to explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner using relevant systems effectively. Willingness to work in any shift of the day
