Job Title: YouTube Channel ManagerLocation - Jodhpur / JaipurRole Overview:Lead and grow the YouTube channel with exclusive, authentic content on competitive exams.Responsibilities:Develop and manage a content calendar: Plan and schedule video topics.Create video content: Write scripts, film, edit, and ensure quality.Engage with the community: Interact in comments, respond to messages, and maintain relationships.Analyze performance: Use analytics tools for data-driven improvements.Collaborate: Partner with creators/influencers to cross-promote content.Skills & Qualifications:Strong writing and communication skills.Video production/editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).Understanding of YouTube algorithms and optimization.Strategic thinking with multi-tasking and organizational skills.Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience (EdTech preferred).Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Work Details:Office-based role, 6 working days a week.Can share your resume at shagun.chaubey@
