About the Role - We are looking for Energetic Candidate having experience in ENT Medical deviceCompany. Responsibilities -Support the learning and development of the sales teamCoordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leadsTrack and report all sales activitiesDevelop and execute sales strategy through market analysisDrives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policiesManages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversationsReviews and discusses action plans for the achievement of the sales budget each monthCreate and implement the plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through salesMap the potential of the territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activitiesProfiles, assess potential, prepares target list, and enlists new doctors as per business requirementsBuilds consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequencyFollow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfactionCollaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolutionQualifications -Required Skills -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requiredMinimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experienceRelevant experience in ENTExcellent decision-making and strong financial management skillsFluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional languageIntermediate level of EnglishGood written and verbal communication skills as appropriate
