Job OverviewThe Lead Wet Utility will oversee the hydraulic design of Water Supply, Sewerage, and Storm Water Drainage systems, preparing engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting senior management to ensure successful project delivery and coordination across design disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesTo technically lead various Industrial medium to large scale ProjectsTo understand the Client brief/project requirements based on the RFP/Bid Documents/Client Documents shared during the bidding stageExplain the Project requirements to the team for Wet Utilities design perspectiveDetermining the design requirements and establish Design Basis for the Wet ServicesUnderstanding the design codes & Criteria, Procedures, Engineering Guides/manuals, Engineering Standards and technical specifications of Indian and Overseas projectsProviding technical guidance for production of Wet Services Design which shall include Feasibility Study, Basic Design and Detail DesignReview the deliverables prepared by Design TeamShall be Client facing to attend Technical Meetings/ Discussion with Client or other stakeholders to explain the design conceived by the teamUndertake technical approvals of the Wet Services deliverables from Client through interactive discussionsProvides Support to Project Manager for the project in planning weekly / monthly deliverablesGuide and Mentor the team for effective and technically sound delivery of Wet Services deliverablesMaintain knowledge and database of project delivery processes, standards and assist implementing emerging technologies in relation to Wet Services discipline QualificationsBachelor's in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Water Resources/Hydraulics - Mandatory. Master's Degree or specialization in Engineering - PreferableDesired SkillsetsProficiency in computer design and familiarity with WaterGems, SewerGems, StormCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other required programs.
