Our mission is to optimize dealership operations through seamless ERP integration, driving efficiency and business growth.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead full-cycle ERP deployments, including implementation, migration, training, and client support. This role requires hands-on execution in system setup, data migration, and client onboarding, ensuring seamless ERP adoption.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end ERP implementation – from planning to deployment, training, and post-implementation support.Individual Contributor Role – Execute implementations, data migrations, and user training directly.Customize ERP solutions to align with client needs across finance, accounting, and operations.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution and delivery.Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining high-quality standards.Build strong client relationships and provide proactive updates and support.Conduct post-implementation evaluations and address system improvements.Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations (GST, tax, payroll).Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with CA/ICWAI.Experience: 10+ years in ERP implementation, migration, configuration, and client training, specifically in accounting-based ERP systems.Expertise in ERP modules: Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Taxes, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.Technical & Soft Skills:Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving client needs.Join Readywire and be a part of our mission to revolutionize automotive dealership operations through cutting-edge ERP solutions!
