The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication strategies. The role is located in the Greater Delhi Area with some work from home flexibility.We seek a proactive, innovative, and committed Digital Marketing Specialist capable of independently managing and elevating our company's digital presence.Key Responsibilities:Website Management: Content updates, blog postings, and website upkeep.SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Enhance organic visibility using best practices and emerging trends.Social Media Management: Strategize, create, and manage weekly social media content (organic & paid) across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Content & Video Creation: Utilize AI-driven tools to craft impactful articles, short videos, newsletters, and presentations.Google Ads: Manage PPC and targeted ad campaigns for improved ROI.Newsletter: Compile and distribute engaging weekly newsletters.Qualifications and Skills:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO/AEO, and social media.Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns.Knowledge of AI tools for content and video creation/editing.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Expected CTC: 40k per month.Important Note:This is a full-time role requiring complete commitment and accountability.
