Experience: 15+ yearsLocation: Vadgaon, PuneJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead and enhance quality control processes across our direct-to-consumer (D2C) product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing multi-vendor quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining product excellence from manufacturing to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Quality Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement robust quality control frameworks to ensure product aesthetics, durability, and packaging integrity meet D2C consumer expectations.Vendor Quality Management: Oversee quality control across multiple third-party manufacturers and packaging vendors, ensuring consistent product standards and adherence to compliance protocols.Inspection & Sampling Protocols: Establish and monitor effective in-house and vendor-side inspection processes to maintain high product quality.Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Lead issue escalation processes, implement vendor corrective actions, and drive continuous quality improvements through root cause analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Project Management, and Quality Control teams to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives across the product lifecycle.Qualifications & Skills:Proven track record of managing quality control for D2C brands, with a deep understanding of consumer expectations and market standards.Strong expertise in multi-vendor quality oversight, corrective action planning, and process optimization.In-depth knowledge of inspection and sampling methodologies to ensure product consistency and compliance.Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.You can also share your CV at himani.p@ along with CTC, ECTC, and notice period details.
