As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to ensure our business requirements are clearly captured, refined, and translated into robust technical solutions.Role OverviewAs a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in analysing business needs, documenting detailed requirements, and working with the product team to prioritise and shape features for optimal delivery. Your knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience in fast-paced technical environments will ensure solutions are both high-quality and aligned with overall business goals.While specific knowledge of voice agents, audio AI, and LLMs is not mandatory, an interest in how AI models work will be an advantage in engaging with the team and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with UK-based product teams and stakeholders to capture, analyse, and prioritise business requirements.Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical specifications and user stories.Documentation & Technical SpecificationsDevelop clear, comprehensive documentation (e.g. process flows, use cases, functional requirements) for the engineering team.Ensure all documentation is maintained, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Collaboration with Engineering TeamsLiaise with the India-based engineering team to clarify technical questions and ensure requirements are fully understood.Validate technical feasibility, assist in solution design, and propose alternative approaches where needed.Agile Process & Sprint SupportWork within an Agile/Scrum framework to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.Communicate evolving priorities and requirements changes effectively to both business stakeholders and developers.Quality Assurance & UATCollaborate with QA teams and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and support user acceptance testing.Identify gaps or inconsistencies early, facilitating swift resolution of potential issues.Risk Identification & MitigationProactively identify contextual risks—both technical and operational—and devise strategies to address them before they impact delivery.Keep stakeholders informed about any potential blockers or scope changes.Continuous Improvement & Best PracticesAdvocate for the use of industry best practices and continuous improvements in requirements gathering, documentation, and collaboration.Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, especially in AI/ML, voice agents, and LLMs, to inform product enhancements.Key Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development and architecture fundamentals; exposure to AI or voice-based solutions is a plus.Agile/Scrum Familiarity: Demonstrable experience working in Agile or Scrum teams and processes.Analysis & Documentation: Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical documentation.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify gaps, propose data-driven solutions, and negotiate technical trade-offs.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).Why Join QuantumLoopAi?Impactful Work: Contribute directly to improving healthcare outcomes through AI-driven solutions.Global Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and UK stakeholders, bridging advanced technology with real-world applications in healthcare.Professional Growth: Expand your knowledge in AI, voice-agent technology, and other emerging technologies.Flexible, Remote Work: Enjoy a remote-friendly culture with supportive leadership focused on innovation and collaboration.
