We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our consulting firm as a Sales / Business Development Support person. This role will primarily involve maintaining our prospect database in our CRM system and providing support in various business development activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with the US market, be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management:Create, update, and maintain the database of active and future prospects in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM.Regularly update CRM records with relevant information obtained from various sources.Business Development Support:Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for client meetings. Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and market trends to support business development efforts.Organize and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, as required.Support lead generation activities through market research and outreach efforts.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare reports and analysis on CRM data and business development activities as needed. Maintain documentation related to business development processes and procedures.Communication and Coordination:Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for client proposals and presentations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on business development initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within CRM management and business development support activities. Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Previous experience of about 5-7 years in sales support, business development and experience in the US market is requiredProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
