The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, data analysis, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and establish best practices for data management.Conduct comprehensive data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records within the Salesforce database.Develop and implement data cleansing strategies to enhance data quality and integrity.Use Salesforce tools and features, such as Data Loader, to import, export, and update data as needed.Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data quality and progress of the cleansing project.Document processes and procedures to support training and ensure consistency in data entry.Communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders and provide recommendations for ongoing data governance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years experience in Salesforce or data analysis.Proficient in Salesforce CRM with a solid understanding of its data Objects and processes.Experience with data management tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, Excel, or similar.Solid understanding of database fundamentals with advanced SQL skills.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
