This individual should possess a deep understanding of B2B dynamics and a proven track record of successfully leading and expanding operational departments. The role demands strong leadership skills, effective, executive level communications, an ability to understand and report on KPIs, cross-departmental collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to independently driving process-centric operational improvements that drive business excellence. Reporting directly to the US-based, Director of Campaign Operations, this Chennai-based, remote role is connected to Integrates' Chennai office and will likely overlap with the US timezone. (*hours feedback)Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and train the operational team, encompassing campaign builds and quality assurance.Positive Work Culture: Foster a constructive and productive work culture within the Operational department, emphasizing efficiency and continuous improvement.Strategic, executive level, Communication: Provide strategic and operational communication to all stakeholders and executives within the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Talent Management: Utilize your experience to lead the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring, training and continued enablement, to attract and retain top-tier professionals.Operational Efficiency: Demonstrate a solution-driven mindset, offering strategic insights into operational efficiencies and workflow enhancements.Reporting: Deliver insightful reports to leadership, addressing operational bandwidth, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Product Expertise: Become a champion of our products, delving into the intricacies of the business to develop and implement operational solutions that drive success.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and technology, to optimize team performance and meet client demands.Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and departmental performance, making data-driven improvements.Change Management: Lead and guide the team through periods of change, including process improvements, organizational restructuring, and new initiatives.Qualifications:Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is required.
