We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead our performance marketing video content team.Job Location : Bangalore, Koramangala Job Overview : We are seeking a Payroll accounting & Labour compliance specialist with expertise in managing India and International payroll, statutory compliance, and labour regulations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of payroll processing, tax deductions, labour compliance, and global labour laws to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:India Payroll Accounting & Compliance: • Process monthly payroll including salary computations, deductions, and reimbursements. • Ensure accurate computation & deposit of TDS on salaries. • Manage statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Gratuity, Leave Encashment and Bonus. • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, salary registers, and journal entries. (SL Vs GL Reconciliation)• Coordinate with auditors for payroll audits and statutory inspections. International Payroll Accounting & Labour Compliance: • Process multi-country payroll in co-ordination with international payroll consultants. • Ensure compliance with social security contributions, tax deductions, and employee benefits as per respective country laws. • Handle international payroll reconciliations, tax filings, and expatriate taxation. • Stay updated with labour law changes in various countries to ensure global compliance. OtherResponsibilities: • Maintain accurate payroll records and compliance documentation for audits. • MIS Reporting and region-wise cost analysis of Payroll expenses. • Work closely with tax consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities for regulatory adherence. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of India & International payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory compliance • Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and global social security laws. • Expertise in income tax (on Salary) and multi-country payroll systems. • Proficiency in Excel, Tally, Oracle, Darvin-box or other global payroll software. • Understanding of audit requirements, data privacy, and compliance standards. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsPocket FM is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race,
