Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and maintain RingCentral solutions including IVRs, call queues, auto-attendants, and routing logic using RingCentral Studio and Admin Console.Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and implement custom workflows and integrations.Participate in customer onboarding, UAT, documentation, and training.Follow Servion’s implementation methodologies and ensure compliance with project standards and SLAs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Python/Javascript, Rest API, AWSStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Good communication and client-facing skills.Preferred (Good to Have):Certification in any cloud communication platform.Exposure to CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Experience in working with monitoring tools, log analysis, and ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow.Familiarity with ITIL practices for support and operations.
