Key Responsibilities -Own end-to-end execution of programs across their assigned set of departments.Act as execution facilitators, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and removal of bottlenecks.Ensure that programs adhere to governance timelines, tracking program health through structured dashboards and reporting.Own KPI tracking for business performance, identifying areas of improvement across departments.Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when programs are off-track, working with departments to create and implement recovery plans.Enable departments with best practices, execution methodologies, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.Ensure that each program contributes to financial, operational, and customer success metrics.Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly program review cadences, ensuring senior leadership is informed of execution progress.Monitor and enhance capacity, capability, efficiency, and effectiveness (C2E2) across all assigned programs.
